We manufactured the aluminum base cover of the stop sign, shown in thepicture, for our customer in Florida. Because the stop signs were in closeproximity to the Atlantic Ocean, the corrosion resistance of the base coverswere paramount to the quality of the stop signs. With special anti-corrosivecoating, the base covers were able to withstand the humid condition.
Despite the fact that base cover is made up of two pieces, we are still able tomanufacture and assemble the base cover just as if it is made up of onepiece.
